Service/Sales Administrator
Monday - Friday - 35 hours per week, flexibility around hours.
Salary up to £28,000 DOE
I am currently recruiting for a printing company in the Crawley area, who, due to continued growth are looking to recruit a work controller to join a successful and vibrant team of 8 people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service calls and customer service enquiries and be the first point of contact for any calls/emails
- Handle logistics
- Manage engineer days and queries
- Handle the booking of parts/toners/machines
- Working with third party logistics companies to manage deliveries and collections
- Assist in managing service inboxes
