We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our client’s dynamic team as a Sales Administrator.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations, overseeing sales documentation, and delivering outstanding client support.

From handling administrative tasks to coordinating client interactions and managing logistics, you will be the backbone of their operations, ensuring efficiency and a seamless experience for both our team and clients.

  • £26,000 - £28,000 salary (DOE)

Job Description:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, ensuring the seamless processing of sales documentation.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain quotes, contracts, and other sales-related paperwork with precision and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and other essential data.
  • Deliver professional and friendly support to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
  • Oversee system updates and coordinate customer demonstrations to ensure all information remains current.
  • Arrange deliveries for corporate clients while fostering strong partnerships with manufacturers.
  • Manage orders, process related paperwork, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Monitor debtor accounts and provide customers with regular weekly updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives and contribute to a positive, results-driven work environment.
