The role is hybrid, requiring one day in the office per week, and focuses on back-end infrastructure design, development, and maintenance.
Candidates should have strong Java experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with skills in Springboot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
The position offers a salary of up to £75,000, with additional benefits including a 10% bonus, an 11% pension contribution, and healthcare options.
The successful candidate will work closely with a team of 16 engineers and have opportunities to lead initiatives and mentor junior developers.

Avanti Recruitment is working with a growing technology company based near Crawley that specialise in providing real-time customer experience insights through calls/teams reports to enhance their client's revenue growth, within the cloud communications market.

They are on the lookout for a Senior Java Developer to join their team on a hybrid basis (1 day in office per week). This role will be an individual contributor position where you will be contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of the back-end infrastructure.

You will work closely in an engineering team of 16, working with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure scalable, and efficient solutions. You will have the opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and shape the architecture and development standards of the backend system.

They are working with over 600 of the worlds leading telecoms and IT providers and have deployed their solutions to over 10,000 customer sites, across multiple sectors, worldwide.
