Our client is a global organisation supporting the marine industry through its specialist teams that service electronic and mechanical equipment around the world. The require a Service Co-ordinator to join their busy team in Crawley, you will join a close knit, busy and friendly team.

Main Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service – responding promptly to customer enquiries and/or requests for onsite repairs.
  • Ensure technicians and engineers are scheduled to sites in the UK
  • Keep customers updated and provide a positive customer service
  • Keep technicians and engineers informed of any changes to their weekly working schedule
  • Ensure spare parts are available for every job via collaboration with inventory team
  • Ensure invoices, record keeping and administrative duties are completed in a timely manner
  • Some out of hours and weekend rotations may be required

Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • First class customer service and administrative skills required
  • Client focussed ensuring the best outcome for customers
  • Strong knowledge of MS office
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Be able to commute reliably to Crawley

Salary and Benefits
