Responsibilities:As a Stores Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, including:

      • Completing operational approved logistics processing on schedule (Goods Receipt / Warehouse / Transport / Despatch)
      • Accepting incoming goods and verifying them against shipping documents
      • Checking incoming goods for visible damage and documenting findings
      • Ensuring the correct use of transport equipment
      • Capturing relevant data in data processing systems
      • Managing the acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods
      • Organising regular stock maintenance and inventory
      • Assembling deliveries and reviewing for completeness and accuracy
      • Completing packaging of deliveries according to shipping instructions
      • Adding corresponding shipping documents to outgoing goods
      • Facilitating transports inside and outside the premises using appropriate means of transportation

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

      • Proven stores background
      • Computer literate
      • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
      • Physically fit

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

      • Previous forklift experience (training will be provided)
