- Shift Details: 5 Days 7am-7pm then 5 days off and nights 7pm-6am then 5 days off

Responsibilities:As a Stores Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, including:
- Completing operational approved logistics processing on schedule (Goods Receipt / Warehouse / Transport / Despatch)
- Accepting incoming goods and verifying them against shipping documents
- Checking incoming goods for visible damage and documenting findings
- Ensuring the correct use of transport equipment
- Capturing relevant data in data processing systems
- Managing the acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods
- Organising regular stock maintenance and inventory
- Assembling deliveries and reviewing for completeness and accuracy
- Completing packaging of deliveries according to shipping instructions
- Adding corresponding shipping documents to outgoing goods
- Facilitating transports inside and outside the premises using appropriate means of transportation
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven stores background
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physically fit
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous forklift experience (training will be provided)
