Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Due Diligence Manager to join a rapidly growing company based in Crawley.

As the Supply Chain Due Diligence Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of a global Supply Chain Due Diligence strategy. Your focus will be on reducing environmental impact, upholding human rights, and promoting fair labour practices. You will drive responsible sourcing, ensure compliance with evolving regulations, and improve sustainability across the supplier network.

Role Overview:

  • Develop and implement a supply chain due diligence strategy following industry standards.
  • Establish clear policies for supplier selection, risk assessment, and monitoring.
  • Oversee Conflict Minerals reporting and supplier data collection.
  • Maintain a reporting system to track KPIs like ESG risk assessments and compliance.
  • Prepare due diligence reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Use EcoVadis to assess ESG risks, identify high-risk suppliers, and monitor improvements.
  • Create mitigation plans for supplier risks, including corrective actions and training.
  • Align due diligence efforts with internal teams (procurement, legal, sustainability).
  • Drive a global supplier engagement program to improve ESG performance.
  • Support EcoVadis self-assessment and enhance sustainable procurement.

Required:

  • 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or related fields, with a focus on sustainability and ethics.
  • Knowledge of global human rights, labour laws, and environmental regulations (e.g., UN, OECD, EU, UK laws).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a global team.

Desirable:

  • Experience developing and implementing SCDD strategies.
  • Familiarity with supply chain risk assessment tools (e.g., EcoVadis).
  • Experience in global supply chain management.
