About the Role:

We are partnering with e-Qualitas, a London-based Department for Education (DfE) accredited Teacher Training Provider, and secondary schools across West Sussex to offer this salaried trainee position.
What We Are Looking For: We are seeking dedicated aspiring teachers who:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related subject
- Have the right to work full-time in the UK, with 3 years of UK residency
- Possess strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
- Hold GCSEs in English Language and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
- Can support, challenge, and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills to engage students effectively
