Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced HR Advisor - Part time with previous experience in similar role service to work for a exciting fast growing company near Gatwick.

My client is seeking an experienced Part-Time HR Advisor who is collaborative, professional, and approachable. You'll support managers and employees on HR policies, handle Employee Relations cases, assist with HR admin, and oversee TUPE transfers. If you're proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.







Job Title - HR Advisor

Length - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Part Time, 20 hours.

Location - Crawley/ Gatwick

DESCRIPTION.

  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage Employee Relations (ER) cases, including absences, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
  • Assist with general HR administration and the employee life cycle.
  • Deliver and support various HR projects.
  • Oversee the full process of TUPE transfers (incoming and outgoing).

Essential:

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and current UK employment law.
  • Experience managing a variety of employee relations cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated to identify opportunities for self and business improvement.
  • Proactive approach to work, with the ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
