Job Title: Temporary Porter
Pay Rate: 12.00 per hour
Location: Crawley, TN17 4AA
Working Pattern: Friday 4th April and Tuesday 22nd April - 2 days work

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the delivery of personal belongings in a timely and effective manner
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction with visitors and staff is positive and memorable.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by delivering customer goods
- Support the smooth operation of the facility by assisting with the movement of equipment, supplies, and furniture as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring an efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently, utilising your own initiative to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are clean, organised, and presentable.
- A positive and friendly personality, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
