Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Crawley
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and UK employment laws.
- Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring that they are handled fairly and in accordance with legal requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, manage absence, and facilitate return-to-work processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies in collaboration with the HSE officer.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement staff development and training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Assist with payroll processes, ensuring all staff are paid accurately and on time.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Must be able to drive
