Job Title: HR SupervisorLocation: CrawleyJob Type: Temp to PermWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00Salary: Competitive, depending on experienceKey Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and UK employment laws.- Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.- Manage disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring that they are handled fairly and in accordance with legal requirements.- Monitor staff attendance, manage absence, and facilitate return-to-work processes.- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive working environment.- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies in collaboration with the HSE officer.- Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and performance reviews.- Develop and implement staff development and training programs to enhance employee skills.- Assist with payroll processes, ensuring all staff are paid accurately and on time.Requirements:- Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.- Must be able to drive
