Reed HR are partnered with a market leading manufacturer who are in search of an Interim HR Consultant to join their team on an ongoing contract basis.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a wealth of HR experience who can provide high-level consultancy services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping HR strategies, driving change, and delivering best practice across the organisation.

The HR Consultant will...

  • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of HR matters including organisational design, change management, talent development, and leadership coaching.
  • Analyse HR metrics and data to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR policies.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies and solutions.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance management capabilities.
  • Advise on complex employee relations issues ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Drive the development and integration of HR technology systems to improve efficiency.

The successful HR Consultant will have...

  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and its application in a business context.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and delivering HR projects.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
