- Monitoring and troubleshooting products via our client’s Remote Monitoring Tool.
- Customer support through telephone and email. Dealing with issues and problems with customers in a logical and calm manner.
- Electrical fault diagnosis, reading electrical related drawings, wiring diagrams circuit diagrams, logical approach to fault diagnosis required.
- Mechanical fault diagnosis, reading 2D and 3D mechanical drawings understanding measurements and tolerances.
- Briefing Field Service Technicians on scheduled work assignments, providing off-site support to them while they are conducting fault, installation and service visits.
- Electrical or Electronic Engineering Qualification, City & Guilds Level 1&2&3 or HNC/HND or NVQ (Level 2 or above)
- Proven experience working with Electronics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Occasional travel required
