  • Monitoring and troubleshooting products via our client’s Remote Monitoring Tool.
  • Customer support through telephone and email. Dealing with issues and problems with customers in a logical and calm manner.
  • Electrical fault diagnosis, reading electrical related drawings, wiring diagrams circuit diagrams, logical approach to fault diagnosis required.
  • Mechanical fault diagnosis, reading 2D and 3D mechanical drawings understanding measurements and tolerances.
  • Briefing Field Service Technicians on scheduled work assignments, providing off-site support to them while they are conducting fault, installation and service visits.
Service Support Technician Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Electrical or Electronic Engineering Qualification, City & Guilds Level 1&2&3 or HNC/HND or NVQ (Level 2 or above)
  • Proven experience working with Electronics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Occasional travel required
