What you'll be doing:

Pensions experience essential

As a Technical Support Adviser you will provide technical support and guidance in relation to People’s Partnerships product and surrounding legislation.

  • Act as a point of contact for the Customer Services teams (in the main) to create solutions to customer issues and enhance the process and journey (referring improvements to the relevant areas when required), reducing queries into the teams.
  • To provide explanations to a variety of customer audiences using plain, simple language to ensure understanding.
  • Communicate areas of regulatory, legislative and HMRC change.
  • Identify technical training needs across Customer Services and operational areas providing training and coaching to Customer Service staff where required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Technical position or experience in a financial services environment
  • Ability to understand, interpret and apply information from a wide range of sources
  • Ability to provide complex information in an easy to understand format
  • Pensions knowledge
