Premier Work Support is seeking Assembly Operatives for temporary positions in a busy Crawley factory, with potential for permanent employment.
Candidates will be responsible for assembling manufacturing components, conducting basic testing, and packaging finished products, which may involve heavy lifting.
The role requires good timekeeping and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
The hourly pay starts at £11.44, with overtime rates of £15.21 and £17.16 after 12 weeks.
Applicants should have prior experience in a similar role and be prepared to work Monday to Friday with specified hours.

Premier Work Support are recruiting for a number of Assembly Operatives, to work in a busy factory based in Crawley. These are temporary positions however there may be opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidates.You will be assembling manufacturing components on the assembly line, using small hand held tools, carrying out basic testing of finished products and packaging and labelling of finished stock. There will be heavy lifting involved. This is a varied role so successful applicants must be able to work well on their own initiative as well as part of a team. Good timekeeping in this environment is essential. Hours of work are:

Monday to Thursday, 6:45am to 3:20pm and Friday, 6am to 11am with an hourly pay rate starting at £11.44

Overtime rates after 12 weeks:

Time and a 3rd = £15.21 per hour after 2 hours.
Time and a half = £17.16 per hour after 2 hours.
