Location: Crawley

Pay Rate: Up to £15.38 per hour - depending on experience

Contract Type: Temporary (3 months)

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in credit control? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client’s team in Crawley as aCredit Control Assistant on a temporary basis for 3 months.

Requirements:

  • Calling customers to request payments.
  • Taking and recording card payments over the phone.
  • Checking and issuing invoices daily.
  • Inputting invoices onto sage.
  • Issuing payment reminders and statements.
  • Data management and ability to work through single lines of data through various platforms.
  • Providing day to day support to the finance team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of liaising with customers on the phone, ideally within credit control.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to be persistent and professional.
  • Understanding of Health Code platform and Private Medical Insurers.
  • Experienced in running debtor reports and analyse debtor behaviours.
  • Ideally you will have Sage experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Be analytical and numerical.
