A brilliant Sussex based Insurance broker with great ethics and loyal clients are looking for an experience Commercial Insurance professional with good sales skills for this lucrative new role with just 2 days a week in the office.
This role will be focused on new business development, with 75% of the time dedicated to networking, building relationships, and creating a profile in the local area. The main aim is to build a book of business, concentrating on developing corporate and commercial accounts with an income of £2,500 and above, particularly targeting larger clients.
You will be responsible for creating marketing strategies, identifying opportunities, and taking ownership of the new business process. In addition to new business generation, you will manage a smaller existing book.
We are looking for an experienced team member, currently working in an Account Executive role or someone ready to step into this position with a background in new business development. The ideal candidate will have experience converting new business, working with larger clients, and will be looking for the next step in their career.
A solid understanding of various commercial insurance products is essential, and we are open to candidates with specialisms across different areas.
