Core responsibilities will typically include
- Space Planning & Layouts: Produce solution-oriented plans.
- 3D Modelling & Visuals: Develop compelling 3D models and visuals to bring ideas to life.
- Material & Product Selection: Choose the right finishes and products to suit each project.
- Concept Development: Create mood boards and presentations to communicate and sell the vision.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Attend meetings to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.
- Detail Design & Technical Documentation: Create detailed packages ready for installation.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Previous role in interior design, ideally within the educational sector, though other sectors are welcome.
- Expertise: Strong design background, particularly in educational design principles.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and ideally, Enscape or similar rendering tools.
- Collaborative Leadership: Team player with excellent communication abilities.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Presentation Skills: Confident in pitching designs and conveying ideas effectively to clients.
