Job Profile: Import Coordinator
Import Coordinator- Responsibilities
- Communicating our various customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors such as shipping lines, hauliers, and depots.
- Raising internal files
- Handling Air and Sea Freight
- Raising Invoices
- Passing supplier invoices and querying where necessary
- Checking arrivals
- Arranging collections and deliveries, making sure to meet customer deadlines.
- Following up after delivery to ensure the customer was happy,
Import Coordinator- Requirements
- Proven successful track record of at least two years working for a small to medium sized freight forwarder.
- Importing live pets is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and friendly personality.
- Competent using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong and dynamic team player.
Import Coordinator- Remunerations
- Monday to Friday 0900-1800 hrs
- £30,000 - £35,000
- Company Laptop
- Overtime offered with additional pay
- Company phone if required
