Fulfilment Administrator

Crawley, West Sussex

Monday to Friday 

£21-25k (DOE)

Our client set in a rural location in Crawley is seeking a Fulfilment Administrator to join their team.  This is a new role due to company growth and is going to be a pivotal part of the business.  Due to the location you MUST be a car owner/driver and also happy to work in a small office environment.

The Role

Their  growth, coupled with our future development plans, means they are searching for a Warehouse Support Administrator  to join the fulfilment team near Crawley.  The successful candidate will have responsibility for the day to day processing of the warehouse activities, ensuring products are received, stored, picked and packed cost effectively and on time.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Line Manager with daily planning and administration.
  • Manage orders using our warehouse management system (WMS), ensuring all required documentation is available.
  • Maintain the back-end functions of our WMS, including back-order management, client account setup, product management, and error resolution.
  • Coordinate with couriers and haulage partners to manage deliveries, collections, and claims for lost or damaged shipments.
  • Provide support with shipping quotes and pricing queries.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries from clients and third parties.
  • Ensure adequate warehouse supplies and stationery by managing orders and receipts.
