Exciting opportunity to join this established client in a pivotal role delivering product installation training & demos on site, carrying out onsite repairs, problem solving for the client appointed installers and managing the sample product boards at head office.

- On-site Gym, Pension, Monday to Friday 5 days on site, 7.30am-4.30pm.
- Location: Crawley / London Sites.
Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Contractor/Joiner Site installation team training and support.
- Onsite product or installation defect repairs.
- Planned product maintenance.
- Scheduled site support visits including provision of spares.
- Maintenance and rejuvenation of existing samples products.
- Internal training and product development and product improvement.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Carpentry or joinery trained with broad best practise experience installing high end architectural hardware.
- Previous experience installing doors, windows, internal trims & hinges, locks & components.
- Contract work in construction environment.
- Technical knowledge of ironmongery and architectural hardware, functional and decorative.
- Delivered training or technical support to installation teams.
- UK driving license.
Highly Desirable:
- Bespoke joinery and hardware specification and design knowledge.
- Metal finishing experience.
