Seeking a detailed, quality and customer focussed Tradesperson from the high-end joinery sector, carpentry or architectural hardware sector.

Exciting opportunity to join this established client in a pivotal role delivering product installation training & demos on site, carrying out onsite repairs, problem solving for the client appointed installers and managing the sample product boards at head office.

Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Contractor/Joiner Site installation team training and support.
  • Onsite product or installation defect repairs.
  • Planned product maintenance.
  • Scheduled site support visits including provision of spares.
  • Maintenance and rejuvenation of existing samples products.
  • Internal training and product development and product improvement.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Carpentry or joinery trained with broad best practise experience installing high end architectural hardware.
  • Previous experience installing doors, windows, internal trims & hinges, locks & components.
  • Contract work in construction environment.
  • Technical knowledge of ironmongery and architectural hardware, functional and decorative.
  • Delivered training or technical support to installation teams.
  • UK driving license.

Highly Desirable:

  • Bespoke joinery and hardware specification and design knowledge.
  • Metal finishing experience.
