Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 (Basic Salary) - Dependant on Experience, & Company Vehicle

Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing queries and ensuring their concerns are handled effectively.
- Work closely with site teams to minimise disruption and create a safe, supportive living environment.
- Proactively communicate with residents to ensure smooth access arrangements and build strong relationships.
- Manage the Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
- Represent the company at client and resident meetings, ensuring high levels of service and engagement.
- Act as an escalation point for complaints and disputes, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
- Keep project records updated in the on-site database.
- Arrange and lead resident consultation sessions to provide updates and gather feedback.
What Youll Need
- Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or a similar customer-facing role within social housing, construction, or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of planned maintenance projects for internal and external works.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and IT skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints and concerns professionally.
- A proactive and organised approach, with a commitment to ensuring a positive resident experience.
