Candidates must have proven experience in applying high-performance coatings and surface preparation, along with hands-on experience with spray equipment.
A good understanding of color mixing and safety protocols within a spray booth is essential, and knowledge of MS Outlook and CRM systems is beneficial.
The position offers weekly pay, holiday accrual during the temporary period, and a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Found Industrial are looking for Paint Sprayers to work with our client in Crawley. The role will include working as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and adhering to health and safety at all times.

The Role of Paint Sprayer:

30-40K depending on experience
Full time role
Monday-Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm

Duties of Paint Sprayer:

Surface preparation (cleaning, degreasing, sandblasting)
Mix coatings ready for application
Finish surface of brass products using hand and power tools
Application of protective wax coatings
Use of electro plating plant to apply finishes
Quality control

Requirements for Paint Sprayer:

Experience in application of high-performance coatings
Proven experience in surface preparation
Hands on experience with spray equipment
Ability to mix and match colours accurately to achieve desired hues and finishes
Familiar with safety protocols within spray booth
Good knowledge of MS Outlook and CRM systems beneficial
