AM SHIFTS: 06.00- 14.00, 07.00- 15.00

In order for our client to achieve their goal, they need a dedicated team of professionals focused on being the best. You will work in large team who are responsible for providing first class hospitality services.

Your responsibilities as a Laundry Assistant:

• Laundry Operatives undertake a range of physical and sometimes heavy manual duties at the laundry. You'll be separating and placing items of clothing into industrial washing machine, irons and towel folders. Our machines will do the rest!
• Load articles into drying machines or washers at regular intervals to ensure steady availability of towels and linens.
• Sort articles before cleaning, separating them by fabric, colour, cleaning technique or dirt content for best results
• Sort and count articles as they are removed from dryers; hang, fold or wrap the articles according to requirements or personal attention to detail.
• Use a hand or machine marker to place identifying names or code numbers on dry cleaning or laundry.

Laundry Assistant - About you:

• You must have flexible and enthusiastic approach to work and enjoy working as part of team in a fast-moving environment.
• If you've worked as a previous laundry hand or operator then that is great, though if you haven't, don't worry as we'll ensure you have full training to show you how to perform all duties of the role and safely using the laundry equipment. What we'd like from you is a positive attitude, your hard work and commitment to do a great job but most importantly working together as a team player.
