Role Requirements:

Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in property litigation
  • Experience in handling both commercial and residential property disputes is preferred
  • Ideally you will have your own portable relationships with clients and referrers in order to develop and grow your caseload

Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of property law, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and possession claims
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Experience in business development
