Job Opportunity: Commercial Real Estate Solicitor
Overview:We are working with an award-winning Legal 100 firm in Crawley to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its dynamic and growing team.
Role Requirements:
Experience:• Solid experience in commercial real estate transactions, including secured lending, freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and property investment portfolio management• Experience advising lenders, landlords, tenants, and charitable organisations on a wide range of real estate matters• Strong drafting skills and knowledge of relevant property legislation and case law• Previous experience working closely with clients as their legal advisor on complex transactions
Skills:• Excellent client care skills, with the ability to understand and meet clients' commercial objectives• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently, meeting deadlines and financial targets• Competence in IT systems, including Outlook, Word, Digital Dictation, and Case Management software• Strong attention to detail and the ability to convey technical legal information effectively
