Role Requirements:

Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years PQE in residential property law
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
  • Supervisory experience

Skills:

  • Leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload while overseeing the performance and development of the team
  • Experience in business development and strategic planning to grow the department
