This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor with proven leadership skills to build and develop a team, manage a high-quality caseload and drive business development initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the department and ensuring continued growth and success.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years PQE in residential property law
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
- Supervisory experience
Skills:
- Leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload while overseeing the performance and development of the team
- Experience in business development and strategic planning to grow the department
