What you'll be doing:

This role will be to work collaboratively supporting the business to drive continuous improvement through process re-engineering and delivery of small change initiatives.

Complete end to end mapping of processes, and analysing them to identify efficiency, control, and automation opportunities. Use stakeholder management to gain insight and buy in to help identify and implement improvements continuously. 

Support with the prioritisation of opportunities based on benefit and ease of implementation – using Six Sigma methodology.  

Responsible for calculating business benefit for all opportunities identified, ensuring all assumptive benefits align to the operational capacity plan.

What we’re looking for:

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
  • PC Literate
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Previous experience of process analysis or experience in a financial services environment
  • A minimum of two qualifications with PMI, CII, lean six sigma or Prince2/Agile (to be achieved within probation) or equivalent.
  • Pro-active, ‘can-do’ behaviour and attitude
