What you'll be doing:

As the Head of Operational Planning, MI & Insights you will lead the planning, MI and insights team. The role has responsibility to produce all management information required by the operational areas, to manage and develop the business, through the design and development of strategically aligned management information.

  • The production of all operational, COO, Trustee and Board reports for the area.
  • Provide active ongoing insights around our data.
  • Implement new ways of work and innovation in the production of MI and business forecasts.
  • Develop a MI insights programme to support ongoing innovation in the operational areas.
  • Engage with other key areas to ensure that the operational impact of activities is accurately assessed and understood and reflected in all plans.

What we’re looking for:

  • MI and data insight production and visualisation skills.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of Contact forecasting & MI reporting metrics including the use of Erlang.
  • Experience of working in a similar operational planning role with headcount of circa 400.
  • Demonstratable experience of working across multiple functions within an organisation, creating relationships and exhibiting great stakeholder management.
  • Theimplementation and use of data integration and visualisation tools.
