- Client Meetings: Assess clients' individual needs and provide tailored financial and mortgage solutions.
- Insurance Sales: Promote associated insurance products from Legal & General.
- Target-Driven: Exceed sales targets and work closely with the estate agency team to maximise business opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets FCA guidelines.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Provide guidance to colleagues to maintain high referral rates.
The Ideal Candidate:

- CeMAP 1 Qualified: Minimum qualification required, or Competency Advisor Status (CAS).
- Relationship Builder: Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with customers.

- Smart and Articulate: Well-presented and clear in communication.
