We are looking for an experienced Depot Manager with a strong background in generators to take charge of our Crawley depot. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead operations, drive efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the depot, overseeing a skilled team, managing resources, and ensuring smooth and effective operations. • Oversee daily depot operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.

• Manage a team of engineers and support staff, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.

• Ensure all generator equipment is maintained, serviced, and delivered to a high standard.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve depot efficiency and profitability.

• Drive customer satisfaction, managing key client relationships and service expectations.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Work closely with senior management to support business growth and operational improvements.

• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance.

• Proven experience in a Depot Manager or similar leadership role.

• Essential: Strong background in generators and power equipment.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Full UK driving licence.
