Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily administration of the warehouse, including processing orders, maintaining records, and updating inventory systems.
- Monitor and track stock levels to ensure accurate and timely data entry into the warehouse management system.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with delivery drivers, couriers, and external partners as needed.
- Prepare and issue relevant paperwork for orders, deliveries, and inventory control.
- Conduct stock audits, inventory checks, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and availability of items.
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth processing of deliveries, stock movements, and order fulfilment.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, and warehouse team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the organization and upkeep of warehouse records, both physical and digital.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support any additional administrative tasks as required to maintain the efficient operation of the warehouse.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse administration or similar role is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with warehouse management systems (Mintsoft).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices in a warehouse setting.
- Must be able to drive
