The Warehouse Manager role is working for a niche manufacturer in Crawley. The role is offering working hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. The role is also offering a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience. The role is fully onsite with onsite parking provided.

The Warehouse Manager role itself is focused on the receiving, storing, controlling and ordering of stock and materials. It is vital to ensure that the internal ERP system is kept updated accurately to ensure materials are reordered and available when required. Not only will this role oversee the inventory control, selection and storing, and picking/fulfilment processes, but the role will also ensure that materials are fed to production as required to ensure they are able to keep running to their quantities and deadlines. Demand planning will also fall within this role. This role will also have 3 direct reports. It will be the responsibility of the Warehouse Manager to ensure that they are managed, coached and kept motivated to achieve the best possible results. This role reports into the Supply Chain Manager.

You will need:

  • 5+ years of experience within warehouse and stores environments
  • Experience within manufacturing, production or engineering is desired
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and material planning
  • Stock ordering experience based on sales analysis
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems
