Reed Crawley is exclusively partnered with company based in Crawley who are a leader in their field seeking an Equipment Assistant to join their team.  This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of over 400 courses per year across their brand portfolio. If you have a passion for hands-on work and logistics, and thrive in a structured, supportive environment, this role is for you.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain and prepare course equipment, ensuring all training kits are ready prior to dispatch.
  • Track and assign course equipment in collaboration with the Educational Course and Logistic Coordinator.
  • Monitor availability and schedule the use of resources in sync with course timings.
  • Inspect equipment post-course to identify and document any discrepancies, restocking or replacing items, as necessary.
  • Maintain the education area, ensuring it is tidy and all training materials are stored correctly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to gaining new skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Effective under tight deadlines or challenging situations.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Educated to GCSE level with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and online shared folders.

  • Strong organisational skills with an aptitude for managing and understanding logistics.
