Our client Dore Woodman are part of the Green Building Renewables group and an MCS-accredited installer in the growing and exciting renewables industry. They work on some on the most prestigious and unique super-homes, providing full solutions including air source heat pumps, solar, battery storage, cooling and ventilation systems. They are based in the Manor Royal, Crawley and work with customers across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire. Dore Woodman are a leading partner to self-builders, private developers, architects and home-owners.

Skills and attributes required:

A hard-working, team player

Experience working in a busy office environment

Very organised, ability to prioritise and cope under pressure

An interest in technology, environment and renewables

Enjoy managing projects and have a proactive nature

A good level of numeracy and literacy with attention to detail

Approachable, positive and energetic

What you'll be doing:

Dealing with in-coming enquiries and ongoing customer support

Job management via our CRM systems, client management and problem solving

Processing MCS paperwork and government grants, quotations and contracts

Organising schedules, materials ordering and delivery

Managing vehicle fleet and staff welfare
