Our client, a market-leading global contractor in the Commercial Catering industry, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Equipment & Service Officer. Our client is known for their award-winning reputation and strong client base, they work closely with some of the most recognised food chains worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key service partners, equipment manufacturers, and stakeholders to ensure first-class service delivery and optimal equipment performance. This role will also involve driving improvements in equipment reliability, overseeing planned maintenance programs, and supporting reinvestment planning through a detailed understanding of asset depreciation and total cost of ownership models.

Key duties include overseeing the entire service and maintenance function and collaborating closely with local and global equipment manufacturers to resolve issues and enhance equipment longevity. The candidate will be expected to take ownership of critical projects, ensuring their timely delivery and that they meet both business and client expectations. Strong data analysis and reporting skills are essential to identify areas for improvement and optimise service delivery. Additionally, the ability to confidently present to large internal and external stakeholder groups, address potential concerns early and work both independently and within high-performing teams is required to succeed in this role.

Service & Equipment Officer Job Requirements
  • Strong Technical knowledge working within Commercial Kitchen/Restaurants
  • Previous experience working on/with Gas appliances, Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Commercial Cooking equipment
  • Beneficial to have worked for market leading Manufacturers with commercial catering
  • IT software knowledge such as Word.
  • Full UK Driving license
