Site Manager

I am working alongside a leading civil engineering principal contractor. They are looking to on-board a site manager to help deliver an on going infrastructure and civils scheme in Surrey. My client operate across the country delivering specialist schemes within the infrastructure sector.

Site manager responsibilities:

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.
• Site supervision.
• Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.
• Management and supervision of direct and subcontract labour.
• Checking works are being completed in accordance to program and job specification.
• Checking and signing off permits.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Liaising with the client and local authorities.
• Record keeping.

Site manager requirements;

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card - Gold or Black.
• SMSTS.
• First aid.
• Temporary works supervisor or coordinator.
• PTS.
• Previous experience with structures and civils.
• Full UK driving licence.
