Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing, including sanding and blasting.
- Mix and apply high-performance coatings and finishes.
- Polish and apply alternative finishes to brass products.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure superior results.
- Apply protective wax coatings and use an electroplating plant to apply nickel and chrome finishes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience applying high-performance coatings to various shaped substrates.
- Enthusiasm for metal engineering and hand-crafted products.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and committed to delivering exceptional finishes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- A competitive salary of 32,000 - 40,000, depending on experience.
