What you'll be doing:

As a Digital Analyst you will play a key role in helping us gain deep insights into our customers' digital and online behaviours. By leveraging a variety of web analytics tools, the Digital Analyst will provide data-driven insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making across People’s Pension.

  • Analyse and understand our customer's digital and online behaviours.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports and data-driven recommendations to internal and external partners.
  • Lead on the implementation and optimisation and use of digital analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Content Square, Optimizely etc)
  • Familiar with tag management and setup.
  • Understand how shifts in the marketing mix and propositions will affect digital demand, and help commercial and marketing managers translate these changes into key commercial metrics.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in extracting raw data, and presenting insights to a non-technical audience.
  • Familiar with A/B testing analysis.
  • Previous experience using analytical tools.
  • Be able to engage with internal stakeholders (and non-technical stakeholders) to get input, understanding and buy in to any models that are used.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with a high attention to detail.
