Salary £47,000 - £50,000 DOE Plus Vehicle, Travel Paid and Package

Ideal base Crawley/Surrey - covering from Bogner Regis through to Essex

We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a mobile air conditioning engineer to join the teams

Role:

• Youll be out and about on the road travelling to your own dedicated sites as our clients first point of call for service and maintenance - reactive and planned.
• Working on a variety of air conditioning units and systems including VRVs, VRFs, Splits etc
• Youll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work, pressure leaks, etc
• Client sites
• On occasion providing quotes for further works.

Person:

• You must be an experienced air conditioning engineer and must hold F Gas and NVQ Level 2
• Ideally experienced in Daikin and Mitsubishi systems, good at fault finding etc
• You will have experience carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance works
• You will have good general knowledge of mechanical/hvac maintenance
• You will live locally and happy to travel throughout the region
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• You must hold a full uk driving licence

Package:

• Base salary £47,000 - £50,000 DOE
• Monday - Friday - 40hr week
• Vehicle and travel paid door to door
• NO Callout
• Overtime available
• Annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension
