They are looking for Marine Service Engineers to join their team.
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Testing, adjusting, and troubleshooting components
- Loading, updating, and modifying software.
- Utilize knowledge of electronic theory and circuitry to address a variety of technical problems.Â
- Make use of complex schematics, blueprints, and manuals to accurately achieve assignments and upon completion, will compose a detailed service report.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be qualified to carry out radio surveys and APTs on a range of VDRs.
- A University degree in engineering or equivalent technical certifications.
- 3+ Years of Marine Service Engineer experience in the commercial shipping industry.
- Strong knowledge of electronics theory and application.
- GMDSS Radio Operator Maintainer License preferred.
- Be physically fit. Work environment often involves carrying 2–3 St., climbing ladders and masts, and exposure to weather.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
