Are you a skilled Technical Manager seeking a short-term role with a leading Tier 1 residential developer? We are looking for a professional to join our team for 4-6 months, offering up to 375 a day!
Position Overview:
- Location: Sussex
- Rate: 375 a day
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: 4-6 months
- Projects:
- 80-unit development in early design stages
- 200+ unit development currently under construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical aspects of both projects, ensuring quality and compliance
- Collaborate with design and construction teams
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Provide expert guidance throughout the development process
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree qualified (preferably in Engineering; Architectural background considered)
- Significant experience in a PLC environment
- Strong technical knowledge of residential development processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
