Your Role:

As a Medical Secretary, you will be at the forefront of our client's operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls from patients and medical professionals, providing assistance and taking messages.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations with efficiency and care.
  • Managing Diaries: Maintain the Medical Directors schedules, ensuring optimal time management and organisation.
  • Writing Letters: Compose and type letters from doctors to patients and other medical facilities with professionalism.
  • Recording Notes: Transcribe medical reports and record important medical notes accurately.
  • Filing: Organise and maintain medical records and other documents for easy access.
  • Handling Mail: Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and emails to ensure timely communication.
