Junior Account Manager

I am looking for a Junior Account Manager to support my client's dynamic sales team, playing a pivotal role in client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Engage with client representatives through phone calls and email communication.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with project statuses and client interactions, ensuring all client records are accurate and up to date.
  • Follow up on submitted quotes to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction with proposals.
  • Attend and participate in client meetings alongside Key Account Managers.
  • Provide administrative support for tender submissions, including preparing case studies, accreditation evidence, and quality submissions.
  • Monitor online procurement portals to identify publicly shared opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Develop periodic content and communications for key account client segments.
  • Attend and assist at industry-specific shows and exhibitions as required by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.
