DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Coordinating customer delivery schedules.
  • Managing Engineers diaries
  • Overseeing order progress with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Managing order modifications and changes.
  • Handling and processing customer warranty claims with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Acting as the primary contact for warranties, customer inquiries, and order updates.
  • Communicating with customers about incoming stock or potential delays via email or phone.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Maintain a positive attitude and an open mind in all interactions.
  • Exhibit a confident telephone manner when making outbound calls to customers.
  • Experience in Scheduling or Diary managment - Is a must.
  • IT literate; a good understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Be a team player, as the role relies heavily on collaborating with colleagues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ensure professional communication skills, both verbal and written, are consistently displayed.
  • Previous experience in Administration or customer service roles.
