Are you a skilled Service Engineer looking to develop your career?Our client, a leading supplier of cutting-edge AV equipment, is looking for a talented Service Engineer to join their dynamic team in Crawley.If you thrive on problem-solving and have a knack for fault-finding and repairs, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:

Fault-find and repair AV equipment down to component level.
Carry out intricate soldering tasks (1.5mm), including fine detail work and chip set replacements on PCB boards.
Swap out LED diodes on display panels and perform PAT testing.
Work from circuit schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ensure all repairs meet the highest standards, maintaining the company's reputation for quality.

The Candidate:

Strong soldering skills, especially with fine components.
Proven experience in PCB repair and component-level fault finding.
Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics.
PAT Testing experience is desirable.
A proactive, hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail.
A robust character, able to work well under pressure and within a close-knit team.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

The Package:

Competitive salary 28,000 - £33,000pa DOE.
20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for every year of service (up to 25 days).
