A successfuldistributionandinstallationcompany islookingforafull-timeexperiencedAdministratorforanexcitinghands-onrole.Thisisagreatopportunitytoplayakeypartinthe team,assisting with customerorders,deliveryplanningandinventoryordering.

TheRole

As part of the purchasing team, you will be responsible for keeping purchase orders and warranty records up to date. You will act as a liaison between supplier and customer, ensuring the customer kept up to date about their delivery and chasing the supplier for the information required. You will need to accurately check order acknowledgements against purchase orders and provide general administrative support to the purchasing and sales departments.

  • Notifying customers of orders coming into stock or of possible delays via email/phone
  • Takingpaymentsfromcustomers
  • VariousAdminTasks
